Sandrine Holt Born Sandrine Holt in London on the 19th of November 1972. Her parents are a Chinese father and an French mother. When she was five, she moved to Toronto in Canada and has called it home ever since. Before becoming an actor, she worked as modelled in Paris catwalk model. Her debut film was Annuka as Annuka in Black Robe (1991). The role was nominated for the Genie Award the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui's Rise as a character in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas & Dance with the Murderer were later followed by guest appearances, and Poltergeist The Uncanny Force & Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. For 22 seasons she was a major character in John Woo's The Thief. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was later followed by Resident Evil Apocalypse in 2004. Both films are only accessible on DVDVHS. Her debut series role was in 24 Twenty Four. Holt, who had played in a number of films and television series and guest roles prior to that, landed a major role on the film Hostages (2013) and a role on Netflix's House of Cards. The actress appeared as Julie Han as part of the US remake The Returned and Dr. Bethany Exner.
